Exploring The Canyons and Arches in the Dark Sky of Moab Experience

A 3 day life-changing adventure in the canyons of Moab, Utah to leave you feeling more in touch with your mind, body, and spirit.

Trip Itinerary

Day 1

Once everyone is picked up from Canyonland Fields Airport (CNY), we will head out to our AirBnB. This will act as our base throughout this adventure. It will be used as a launch off and landing place for a lot of our weekend activities. We will begin our weekend with some grounding to set the tone for the weekend. We will do so by performing a group breathwork, meditation, stretching, and mobility flow to help get the mind, body, and spirit ready for what’s to come. Reiki and sound energy healing will also be provided. This is also when everyone will also be asked to set an intention for what they would like to get out of, and achieve, throughout the weekend. A healthy, gluten-free home cooked dinner will be provided to ensure you are fueled appropriately the next day’s activities.

Day 2

After a restful night’s sleep, we will wake up and hit the trails starting with a hike deep into a classic Moab canyon. This will be a 7 mile hike with 1,800’ of elevation gain. During this awe inspiring hike we will pass a few waterfalls and possible swimming holes- with numerous spots to jump in and freshen up. Another great find, hidden within this trail, are some petroglyphs which we will be sure to find and spend some time near to take in their beauty. The sand and landscape of this trail also make it a fun one to hike barefoot if you are interested in truly feeling grounded! After fueling up with a large, healthy, and energizing brunch, we will explore some of the remote canyons of Moab by car. This will give us a chance to see more of the vastness that Utah has to offer. We will end the day by setting up camp in an off-the-grid location in order to camp under the desert’s dark sky. Before hitting the tents for the night, we will have a camp made dinner alongside our bonfire while we play music, dance, sing, and take in all the magic that the desert has to offer.

Day 3

We will continue our journey under the stars in order to catch sunrise at the iconic Delicate Arch, located within Arches National Park. This 3.7 mile hike which has 633’ of elevation gain is sure to astonish anyone who sees it- especially while we sit and watch the sun rise. After our sunrise hike, we will venture off to see a few more arches within the park. Following the morning’s hikes, we will head back to our off-the-grid camp to hang out, rest, and eat before heading back out for a spectacular evening hike. This hike will take us into yet another one of Moab's unique canyons with two arches waiting for us at the end. We will pack and hike our dinners in for this 3.7 mile hike with 950’ of elevation gain so that we can enjoy dinner under both the Milky Way and another famous arch before we hike out with our headlamps. We will then head back to our AirBnB for a well-deserved shower and some relaxation.

Day 4

We will end the trip with a morning workout to get the body feeling recovered from all the hiking we've done the past few days. Following our workout, we will have a large breakfast and group share on how our weekends went and how we plan to integrate our new insights into our typical day-to-day lives. We will then return to Canyonland Fields Airport to say our goodbyes before heading back to our respective homes.
