In this program you will be focusing on simple, but effective movements that are programmed in a way to increase your overall strength, and develop your aerobic capacity with minimum equipment.
The Functional Bodyweight Strength & Conditioning Program is an eight week long program that starts with a week long assessment. The goal of the assessment is to set a baseline for where you currently are within your journey which will then be used to help monitor your progress.
For this reason it is encouraged to keep a journal or diary for your workout which includes weights, times, reps, or anything else to help you track your progress along your journey.
There will then be six weeks of incremental progressions in movement selection, movement time under tension, and overall movement volume in order to efficiently build strength and conditioning throughout your body
